The Developer acquired a 2 acre site on which the original owner had built a home with 2 additions, beginning in 1930. The home had been vacant for a number of years but the developer saw potential and decided to do a major renovation, including removing a huge hill beside the home and constructing an oversized 2 car detached garage utilizing an existing retaining wall and extending it.
With everything new, going right back to the studs, and even cutting down an old rock fireplace to open up the living room to the kitchen, the home was completely transformed as you will see from the pictures attached.
The finished product even contained its own fully contained 1 bedroom legal suite with its own entrance. Extensive landscaping and a massive block wall with a pergola and exterior decks and fencing completed this transformation.
